Refund policy

Rixkulan  accepts returns in 30 days time frame. We only accept returns if the product is damaged at the time of shipping or if you get the product in the damaged condition. If the product is ordered by mistake then we will not accept any refunds. The product must be the condition in the condition you received it. We don't charge any restocking fee but the return shipping cost will be paid by you. 

You can return the product once you get approval from the store. To return the product, please mail it to support@rixkulan.com
